What is the minimum term of membership?
Regardless of which wine club level you are on, the minimum is 3 deliveries.
When is payment due for the membership?
Upon signing up, payment is due immediately for your first delivery! You’ll receive your welcome box within 7 days of finalising your order.
Then, your membership fee will be recurring within your scheduled delivery month, which is determined by your wine club level — so either every 2, 3 or 6 months.
How long after payment is made is my wine dispatched?
Once you finalise your order and payment is received, wine is dispatched within 7-10 working days.
How long is the discount valid for?
For as long as you hold an active wine club membership, you’ll reap the benefits, including the discount!
How do I gain access to my discount?
Simply log in online when purchasing, or tell a friendly team member at our restaurant or cellar door when visiting in-person; your name is linked to your customer profile which will give us all the details of your wine club membership.
What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
Remember that the minimum term is 3 deliveries! You can cancel within this period; however, you will still be required to pay all outstanding dues, for which you will receive equal product value.
What happens if I am unhappy with the products/benefits received through my membership?
We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and come to a suitable and reasonable solution for both parties involved.
What happens if you are unable to fulfil the membership service through no fault of mine, the customer?
We will compensate or refund you to equal value.
Can I skip an order?
Yes, to skip or postpone a scheduled delivery, this can be done at the time the order is due to be fulfilled through notifying Contentious Character.
