How often would you like a case delivered?
Tell us how often you’d like a delivery, and the kinds of wine you like, and we’ll regularly put together a case of wine just for you.
When is payment due for the membership?
we have multiple membership tiers. Bi-annually, Quarterly and Bi-monthly. On signing up to your membership, payment for the first delivery is due at the time of sign up where you will receive your first delivery within seven days of finalising your membership order. On signing up to the club, you are agreeing to enter into a recuring membership fee payable within the scheduled delivery month, determined by the club level.
How long after payment is made is my wine dispatched?
Wine is dispatched within 7 days on finalising order and payment.
How long is the discount valid for?

How do I gain access to my discount?
Using your membership log in to purchase online or by using in person at the restaurant and cellar door. This is identified through providing your name which links to your customer profile.
What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
Your account is reconciled and a membership can be cancelled outside of the cancellation period. If you cancel a membership where the minimum requirement has not be achieved you will be required to pay outstanding dues for which will also receive equal product value.
What happens if I am unhappy with the products/benefits received through my membership?
The customer experience manager will evaluate on a case by case basis agreeing to a suitable/reasonable solution for all parties.
What happens if you are unable to fullfill the membership service through no fault of the customer?
The member would be compensated/refunded to that equal value
Can a membership be pre-paid?
Members have the opportunity to pre-pay their membership for up to 12 months in advance. This option is ideal for those purchasing a membership as a gift. Membership payments are for future wine deliveries and will be applied in-line with the moving monthly schedule of deliveries from the date of sign up.
Can I skip an order?
Yes, to skip or postpone a scheduled delivery, this can be done at the time the order is due to be fulfilled through notifying Contentious Character.
