As a Collectors Club Oenophile Member, you will recieve the maximum club benifit including:
receive one dozen order delivery every second month, six deliveries per year. Each order is to be paid 7 days prior to the dispatch on the membership delivery month.
Oenophile members pay a set case price of $225 and receive up to $417 of value per delivery with free shipping
rewarded 25% of all full price items when dining at Contentious Character for you and your guests. Discount is applicable to bookings of up to six people.
access to 25% of all pre-ticketed event purchases for up to six people per event.
have access to 25% of any additional wine purchases outside your standard delivery with free shipping on case orders of 6 or 12 bottles.
As an Oenophile member you have the option to tailor your delivery to your preference, on exceeding the value of $417 in the pre-selection range, you may do so by opting to pay the difference.
Members can select more than 12 bottles, each bottle exceeding the dozen case will be payable in addition to the set delivery membership fee.
On signing up to your membership, payment for the first delivery is due on sign up where you will receive your first delivery within seven days of finalising your membership order.
For Oenophile Club members, through your recurring membership commitment, subsequent orders will be finalised and sent in January, March, May, July, September, November each year, with payments processed within deliveries months. Orders will be dispatched within seven days after orders and payments have been confirmed and processed.
In the event a member wishes to skip or re-schedule a scheduled delivery, you may do so at the time your order is due to be fulfilled through notifying Contentious Character.
Members have the opportunity to pre-pay their membership for up to 12 months in advance. This option is ideal for those purchasing a membership as a gift. Membership payments are for future wine deliveries and will be applied in-line with the moving monthly schedule of deliveries from the date of sign up.
In the event you wish to cancel your membership, customers can do so once three deliveries have been received. If you cancel a membership where the minimum delivery requirement has not be meet. members will be required to pay outstanding dues for which you will receive equal product value for.
