Seeded Chardonnay Mustard
One of our original condiments our seeded mustard has become a firm favourite. We use it in all sorts of dishes, including our beef & shiraz pies, just a little bit gives the gravy a richer flavour. Also great with meats, added to a salad dressing or rub onto a leg of lamb before you roast.
Ingredients: Mustard seeds, olive oil, white wine, white wine vinegar, black peppercorns, sugar, turmeric, salt.
